Registrations are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. In that case, all registration fees will be fully refunded. Additionally, the tickets are non-transferable between individuals. 

Once details about the event are released, you can swap your class between Short and Long course.

Purchasing more than one ticket? Please place separate orders under each individuals name to avoid complications.

Purchasing a ticket for your child/dependent who is under the age of 18? Please reply to the order confirmation with the riders full name.
